I believe it works for amenorrhea. If you miss taking it post-meals and take it before bed, you may experience stomach pain, so be cautious. I feel better the next day and hope to continue. I suffer from severe amenorrhea but began taking it to improve female hormone levels. Since starting, I noticed PMS symptoms and menstruation returning, but they disappeared when I stopped. I felt the potential of zinc!

Eases PMS symptoms
Great, it normalises sleep (with regular intake of 2 capsules) and improves my migraines. When special effects begin, I take the pills as usual and add extra magnesium, which helps the migraine go away smoothly in a couple of hours, whereas previously, I was incapacitated for half a day. The frequency of my migraines has decreased as I also have drug support. Regular magnesium intake makes premenstrual syndrome and menstruation much easier to manage; I don't become irritable, and the first day can pass without painkillers. Chronic pain in my nasopharynx hardly worsens. While it's challenging to attribute this solely to magnesium given my other supplements, it seems to play a role. The quality is excellent, and the natural ingredients are beneficial to health.

Symptoms alleviated
I took this supplement for my skin, hair and nails for two months. I noticed significantly less exfoliation of my nails and fewer skin rashes, particularly during premenstrual syndrome. Additionally, I take it at the first sign of a cold; it works well alongside vitamins C and D. It is advisable to take it with food rather than on an empty stomach, as it may cause cramps.

Relieves PMS symptoms
It worked for premenstrual syndrome! I take it each morning every 1-2 days. I purchased this as I heard zinc helps with post-coronavirus effects, and it has alleviated my PMS symptoms. Despite the high temperatures, I’m thriving. It's been about 10 days since I started, and I feel great, so I want to continue.
